2019.5.24日、日本で「食品ロス削減推進法」が成立。行政、飲食店で、食品ロスをなくす取り組みが始まった。
農業大国、インドでも、「食品加工が広く普及してない」ことで、食品ロスが起きている。
インド全体で約50の工業団地がプロジェクトされ、食品加工業の振興に力を入れている。
日本の食品加工業が、地元企業と連携して、インドに進出するいい機会だと思う。

In Japan,Food loss reduction law was enacted in May 24th 2019. Administration and eating,drinking establishments have worked on this problem to solve.
In India as an agricultural country, there has been a similar problem due to fact that food processing sector has not been spread in nationwide.
And approximately 50 of Industrial parks have been projected to emphasize the food processing.
The time has come for Japanese food industry to participate in India market in cooperation with local companies.
